pomegranate ice cream

Yep, i made some.

It's hella easy, you don't even need one of those fandangled ice cream makers, all you need is a tupperware container and a whisk and some bicep power.

Get it
  • 2 pomegranate (plus one extra for decoration if you're fancy)
  • 1 lime
  • 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 500ml double (thickened) cream
 Make it
  • Juice the two pomegranate (i thought it would be tricky, all you need to do is squish them in your hands over a fine colander over a bowl) and then juice the lime straight in
  • Pour in the cream and tip in the icing sugar
  • Whisk it all up til it's all gloopy and delicious
  • Pour it into a container, cover it up and freeze! (min 4 hours, overnight is best)
