It's hella easy, you don't even need one of those fandangled ice cream makers, all you need is a tupperware container and a whisk and some bicep power.
Get it
- 2 pomegranate (plus one extra for decoration if you're fancy)
- 1 lime
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 500ml double (thickened) cream
- Juice the two pomegranate (i thought it would be tricky, all you need to do is squish them in your hands over a fine colander over a bowl) and then juice the lime straight in
- Pour in the cream and tip in the icing sugar
- Whisk it all up til it's all gloopy and delicious
- Pour it into a container, cover it up and freeze! (min 4 hours, overnight is best)
